Growing up in Pennsylvania, three things were important to Chris in grade school; recess, lunch and art. Currently there's no time for recess but his need for lunch and art hasn't changed.
He graduated with a Bachelor degree in illustration and design at Utah State University. In 1986 he moved to Los Angeles and worked with corporate graphics departments and ad agencies as a designer and illustrator.
In 1992 he moved to Boston where he currently works on freelance assignments and as an illustrator and designer with The New England Journal of Medicine creating graphic solutions for print, online, and interactive media.
